Last updated: July 2026. These Terms of Service govern cleaning services provided by APDC Cleaning Services, Inc (“we,” “us,” “our”) to our customers in the Orlando, Florida area. By booking a cleaning with us, you agree to these terms.
Services
We provide residential, commercial and vacation-rental cleaning performed in person by our crews at the address you provide. Services and price ranges are described on our website; the exact price for your job is confirmed in a written or verbal quote before we begin.
Scheduling & access
You agree to provide safe access to the property at the scheduled time and to let us know about pets, alarms or areas you do not want cleaned. If our crew cannot access the property at the scheduled time, a trip fee may apply as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Payment
Payment is due after the cleaning is completed and walked through, by card, check, cash or Zelle. We do not charge through this website, and there is no subscription or automatic recurring charge unless you set up a recurring plan, which you may cancel at any time.
Satisfaction & liability
If any area is not cleaned to your satisfaction, contact us within 24 hours and we will re-clean it at no charge. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific cleaning at issue. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or items that are broken due to being unstable or improperly secured.
No online sales
We sell cleaning labor performed on site. Nothing is sold, shipped or delivered through this website, and we are not part of any affiliate or reseller program.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in Orange County, Florida.
