Last updated: July 2026. APDC Cleaning Services, Inc wants every customer satisfied with the cleaning. Because we are a service business paid after the work is completed, this policy explains how re-cleans, refunds and cancellations work.

Payment timing

You pay after the cleaning is finished and walked through — by card, check, cash or Zelle. There is no online checkout, no deposit taken through this website, and no subscription or recurring charge. You always see a flat quote before we begin.

Our re-clean guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any area we cleaned, call us at (407) 574-2831 within 24 hours of the visit. We will return and re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge. Our first goal is always to make the cleaning right rather than issue a refund.

Refunds

If we are unable to correct an issue with a re-clean, we will refund a fair portion of the amount paid for the affected work. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Because the service is labor performed in person, refunds apply to work already paid for and are handled case by case.

Cancellations & rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule any appointment at no cost by giving us at least 24 hours' notice by phone or email. For cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or if our crew arrives and cannot access the property, a $40 trip fee may apply to cover the scheduled slot. Recurring plans can be paused or stopped at any time — there is no lock-in contract.
